Temporary Cancellation Policy due to the Covid-19 pandemic
Our usual cancellation policy will not apply on any new booking made after 1st April 2020, and you can cancel up to the day of arrival without any charge. We won’t take any deposits and ask our guests to please pay on arrival. Thank you.
To secure an advance reservation we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
Deposits can be made preferably with a debit card but if necessary a credit card.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival.
Alterations must not be less than the minimum stay requirements:-
There is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends in the b&b, either Friday – Saturday or Saturday – Sunday.
There is a 3 night minimum stay in the cottages.
The North Star Apartment is a 2 night minimum stay.
The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking price will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.
